Return Policy

RETURN WINDOW We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from odors or marks, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Trying on an item for fit is permitted, but worn or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN Contact us through the store contact form before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Approved requests will receive return instructions and the appropriate return destination. Returns sent without authorization may be refused, and the return location may differ from the original shipping location. RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt, as we are not responsible for untracked returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by law. REFUNDS Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund after it has been processed. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, where permitted by law. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS For a different size or style, request a return and place a new order once approved. Orders may be changed or canceled only before fulfillment begins; requests are not guaranteed. Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory cancellation rights that may apply in certain jurisdictions.
