ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard delivery within the United States generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. International delivery generally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. These estimates do not include processing time and are not guarantees. Customs reviews, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and peak-season demand may cause delays outside our control.
FULFILLMENT AND TRACKING
VYBEE works with specialized fulfillment partners, so orders may ship directly from a partner facility and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details are sent when available. Tracking can require several business days to display its first update after a label is created.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and cannot be reimbursed by VYBEE.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us immediately through our contact form if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days or your package has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number. For packages marked delivered, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We will assist with an eligible carrier inquiry, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement when tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout.
